Donald Sheagley lives with his wife and dog in Arizona. He has previously lived in Southern and Northern California, Florida, and Texas. He grew up in Indiana and received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University. He also has master's degrees from the University of Southern California and Fuller Seminary. He is a former Air Force pilot, and law enforcement officer and investigator with the Border Patrol, Secret Service, and Probation. He is an ordained chaplain and has traveled the world. He enjoys writing and golfing and continues to travel.
